What is Turkey's Asset Amnesty 2026?

Law No. 7582, published in June 2026, allows individuals and companies to bring overseas assets (cash, gold, foreign currency, securities) into Turkey at a reduced or zero tax rate. It also covers undeclared domestic assets. The scheme is a time-limited opportunity with a deadline of 31 July 2027 and tax rates that depend mainly on how long you commit to hold the assets.
