1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by Sahin Tuhan CPA (Sistem Global Consulting, 4. Levent Plaza Floor 5, Sarıyer / Istanbul, Turkey) acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Personal Data Collected and Purposes

When you visit sahintuhan.co or use our contact forms, the following data may be processed:

• Contact data (name, email, phone): To respond to enquiries and meeting requests submitted by you.
• Newsletter email address: To send periodic tax and accounting updates; based on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, session duration): Via Google Analytics to measure and improve site performance; based on our legitimate interest.

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with competent public authorities as required by law, with Mailchimp (Rocket Science Group LLC) for newsletter delivery, and with Calendly for appointment scheduling. All transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK and, where applicable, under appropriate GDPR transfer mechanisms.

4. Retention Periods

Contact enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 2 years; newsletter subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe; technical log data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

5. Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to:

• Know whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about the processing,
• Know the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK Article 7 / GDPR Article 17,
• Object to any automated decision-making that produces an adverse effect on you,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
