What is the minimum capital required to open a company in Turkey?

For a Limited Şirket (LLC), the minimum paid-in capital is 50,000 TL. For an Anonim Şirket (JSC), it is 250,000 TL. At least 25% of the capital must be deposited into a bank account before registration; the remainder can be paid within 24 months.
