Company Formation

Can a JSC in Turkey be converted to a publicly traded company?

Yes. Only an Anonim Şirket (JSC) can be listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange (Borsa İstanbul). An LLC cannot be publicly listed and would need to convert to a JSC first, which involves additional registry and notary procedures.
